Yeah, I've seen the show. It's pretty awesome. It's definately better than most cartoon shows out nowadays. Some episodes are better than others, but I just wish they'd stop using Kitty as the receiving end of Dudley's stupid actions. But, I like it, and I give it a 4/5.
I saw my niece (who's 4) watch Tuff Puppy this morning (along with Planet Sheen a couple months ago). I'm glad that Butch Hartman and Steve Oderecks works are going to be passed from one generation to the next. (this is coming from a girl who grew up with The Fairly Odd Parents and Jimmy Neutron)
This show has "PERFECT CASTING" written all over it. The only other thing that had perfect casting was Kung Fu Panda. Isen't it ironic that Jerry Trainor and Jack Black (the people i'm talking about) clashed in "I Start A Fan War"?
I'm not sure what other people think of TUFF Puppy, but I'm a big fan of Butch Hartman's cartoons, and this one's no exception. Extremely funny, with a humorous feel reminiscent of the Fairly Odds, and the gadgets and shading remind me of Danny Phantom, yet the show itself is completely different. Dudley's a nice aversion to the dumb dog stereotype. Yeah, he can be pretty clueless, but he also has some pretty clever moments, like getting the elephant to stomp the Chameleon when he changes into a mouse.
Oh God you read my mind! yeah but thats how I see TUFF puppy it has a bit of his other previous creations a bit of Fairly odd parents and a bit of Danny phantom. But mostly the art work tuff puppy and Danny phantom its allot alike but thats no problem there both cool
Yeah, I like all of Butch's toons, he's a genius in that department. I don't see why some people won't give new toons a chance. I like alot of older cartoons like Angry Beavers and Darkwing Duck, but I also like newer cartoons like TUFF Puppy and Penguins of Madagascar. I think there is good and bad stuff in every era.
